Frequently asked questions

What’s included in the all-inclusive package?
Your resale package covers your room for the full stay plus the resort’s all-inclusive experience: meals at the on-site restaurants, drinks, pools, beach access, and resort activities. Flights are booked separately unless otherwise arranged with the group.
When is the trip and how long is it?
The group trip runs March 13–20, 2027 (7 nights) at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana. A 5-night option (March 13–18) is also available — choose your length on the registration form.
How do I pay?
Securely by card via our Stripe checkout — click any “Pay by Card” button. Enter your family code on the Stripe page so we can match your payment.
What is the deposit and balance policy?
A $500 per room reservation hold fee confirms your reservation and holds your room. Your final balance is due within 60 days of your booking date. You can check your remaining balance any time in the Payments section.
How many people fit in a room?
Caribbean and Islander suites sleep up to 4 guests (Rate A: 2 adults + 2 kids; Rate B: 3 adults + 1 kid). The Deluxe Family One Bedroom fits up to 6 guests with a maximum of 3 adults, but has limited availability and must be confirmed with Jason and the Hard Rock before booking. The registration form greys out options that won’t fit your party.
